I just don't feature enough painting on my blog so I'm pleased to feature
Kim VanDerHoek. What caught my eye about these was the bold color and brush strokes. I love the detail in the cardinal's feathers and water in the koi fish painting. I'm always glad to see fine artists exhibiting on Etsy and what I appreciate about Kim's shop is the "affordable studies" section of her shop. Still beautiful paintings for an affordable price. Art for everyone! I like it.

WOW, thanks so much for the blog feature! I posted the info on my blog this morning so hopefully, a few people will find their way over here. You really brightened my day!
As a fellow artist, and a fellow Etsian, I can testify to the quality of Kim's work and also tell you Kim is one sweet lady! I have been a fan of her's for quite some time.
I think Angie deserves a hand too for being so kind and featuring other Etsy shops on her blog. Cheer, cheer!
Great Koi!
